Einleitungszeit are a death industrial/industrial noise outfit from Slovakia. This is some of the most oppressive sounding stuff I've heard in the genre, it sounds like machinery and capitalism is crushing you to death, but very slowly so you'll suffer. They use a lot of harsh noise textures, with a lot of rhythmic elements, machine samples, and scrap metal percussion. They also have some truly demented sounding vocals. Really cool band with a very well-rounded discography throughout, though Die Menschzerstörung I feel best represents their sound. I highly recommend Doba Úvodu if you want more rhythmic clanging.
They are also known for their rather intense live shows, with one of their members often taking an angle grinder against his own chest, protected with only a thin metal plate. Pretty gnarly.
